Attorney Terry Gray - Gray & Assoc, LLP out of Milwaukee surrendered his license in late 2007...but still goes to the office every day.  Must be to make coffee.  MORE - on their website it states he is the Appointed Foreclosure Commissioner of HUD!!! Unbelievable.  These guys are crooks to the T taking peoples homes in the Midwest illegally.  They get hired by Fidelity and other companies to do foreclosures. But they collect legal fees and then pay illegal kickbacks to Fidelity under a written legal contract. But all of this is kept secret from the Judge, the Defendant and/or his counsel. If a motion for relief in automatic stay is filed, Gray & Assoc. charges $800. They then pay 25% of this to Fidelity, kept secret from all other parties involved.  SEE THIS:
