Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Attorney Terry R. Gray of Gray & Associates has resigned from the Wisconsin BAR. He and his goon of lawyers represent more than a dozen mortgage lenders and loan servicers.  If this firm is up against you in a foreclosure check EVERYTHING to see if it is correct.  They lie and cheat, that is being polite.

     Great find and great advice!!

Moderators--

Do you have a way to search the site for people that have come here from Wisconsin? It would be awesome if we could reach out to them with this information, rather than hope they come read the recent post.

     Just a thought!

THERE IS A LOT MORE TO THIS STORY!  The firm was KNOWN AS:  Gray & End,  Attorney End resigned from the firm about a year and a half ago, it then became
GRAY & ASSOCIATES.  I guess its going to be called "ASSOCIATES" now.
All kidding aside, this firm and a couple of its remaining lawyers have been under investigation by the Wisconsin Bar.

Terry Gray's resignation from the Wisconsin Bar maybe an indication that an investigation is continuing, and perhaps maybe something else is going to happen.
