According to the comments on the UCC on this page, lenders can do whatever they want under the UCC.  When I read some of the UCC, it didn't come across like this.  Have I lost my mind?

Title Companies are to blame as much as the lender, servicers, attys and judges in these cases. Their intent must be a massive suicide rate with the way their doing things.

There has to be a way to stop their massive hold on our system. It's so determential. It really really sucks to be us! Nothing seems to be enough.
