Here is a case where the judge took the time to truly look at the case on its merits.  Even though the defendant defaulted in answering, they did oppose the plaintiff's motion for summary judgement and cross moved for relief.  Lets hope the court santions these bastards, my guess is that they will settle before the hearing and not produce Mr. Zeis.

#2 makes me giggle inside.  Would I LOVE to be there at this hearing?  YES!!

Wouldn't we all?  Somehow, I think there will be a very favorable settlement................oh and before the hearing lol.
