occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

Here is a case where the judge took the time to truly look at the case on its merits.  Even though the defendant defaulted in answering, they did oppose the plaintiff's motion for summary judgement and cross moved for relief.  Lets hope the court santions these bastards, my guess is that they will settle before the hearing and not produce Mr. Zeis.

The Court hereby ORDERS and directs the parties to be present on June 73,2012
at I? a.m. At that time two matters will be addressed by the Court:

2. The plaintiff is ordered to produce Mr. Zeis. This is required as the plaintiff's
response to the cross motion fails to address, with even a single meaningful
word, the troubling allegations that Mr. Zeis is a robo-signer with zero fiist
hand knowledge of the events and transactions which form the foundation
of plaintiffs claims
#2 makes me giggle inside.  Would I LOVE to be there at this hearing?  YES!!

Wouldn't we all?  Somehow, I think there will be a very favorable settlement................oh and before the hearing lol.
