If I remember correctly, the OCC refused to allow several of the entities under their auspices to submit any information to this study. And according to the Iowa AG's office, none of the individual servicer information gathered for the study will be made available to the public. Only the aggregate data provided in the study itself is available. So, while this may be a bit of a window in to the overall industry, it does nothing to actually point specific fingers in any given direction.

Evidently, we're just going to have to indict the industry as a whole and keep squeezing until some of them start squealing on the rest...
