ameriquest is still in business as anson street llc got everyone fooled

Who is fooled? Why should anyone care?

Right, Ameriquest has a surviving entity. But Ameriquest already sold its mortgages into securitization and separately sold its servicing rights.

Now this information could be helpful in distinguishing assignment forgeries. But one needs far more than this exposition to prove assignment forgery.

Ameriquest's liability for origination fraud was pretty thin to begin with given borrower's evidentiary problems as well as statutes of limitations for fraud, but whatever exposure this company actually had was stripped in bankruptcy.

So your purpose in posting this information is what? To promote some additional debt elimination scam or to drum up some business for a crooked lawyer? Looks like the introduction to yet another swindle!

Contact hrsrepos directly to become the victim of some new scam in which you pay real and perfectly good money for useless information!
