Mortgage Servicing Fraud
occurs post loan origination when mortgage servicers use false statements and book-keeping entries, fabricated assignments, forged signatures and utter counterfeit intangible Notes to take a homeowner's property and equity.

A friend of mine has the same mortgage company that I had, or possibly still have, when I purchased my home as a single woman. She called me to ask me about her escrow and why they said it was short. To make a long story short I asked her to bring over all mortgage statement since day one and I did show her all the red flags. Everything that happened to me was just starting to happen to her, but because I have lived it, I stopped it from happening to her.
I know we are all going through hell, but it does feel good to stop it from happening to someone else.

Any queses who that mortgage company was?
