a little trip to the recorder of Franklin County Ohio has revealed the following regarding this case.

  • The complaint was filed on 4/16/07 by Shapiro & Felty attorney for the plaintiff Everhome Mortgage
  • An assignment instrument was prepared by Shapiro & Felty, attorney for the plaintiff
  • The assignment of the note/mortgage (prepared by the plaintiffs foreclosure attorney) was executed on 4/19/07 in Minnesota by MERS, Solely as nominee for trustcorp, Flint Michigan to Everhome Mortgage Jacksonville Florida
  • The assignment was recorded in Franklin County on 5/4/2007
  • The note was in default 7 months at the time of the assignment.
A pdf of the actual recorded assignment document is available through email upon request. If someone would like to donate a bit of server space to allow an upload of this pdf file so I may make it available through a link, please let me know.

I find many many things suspect in the assignment document itself and I think this is an EXCELLENT place to openly discuss these issues.......I truly believe the time is over for fearing we will tip our hand to the enemy by exposing our evidence. This is public record....too late for them to backtrack on it now.

I have some other insights on this AOM, other than the back dating and the fact that it appears both signatures were executed by the same person.

I am personally in litigation with Everhome Mortgage Company and can provide some key bits of information with regard to that Plaintiff.

Contact me if interested. JamesM
