This is the begining... Plaintiff's are required to have the note and the Pooling and Servicing agreement attached to the complaint before they file now.....

The sad part is that the Foreclosure Mills are not attaching these rules to the complaint that is served on the homeowner. I found that the copy the court has is different than what was served. This is in Florida.
