I have found that lender submitted altered (fraudulent) documents to a judiciary foreclosure in order to make their case. I have proof of original documents signed and documents submitted for bankruptcy court. Because I was sick at the time of foreclosure I could not fight back. Lender committed too many mistakes in foreclosure. I need help in getting suit against lender for punitive damages for Fraud, several violations of California homeowner bill of rights. Any pointers to find a pro-Bono attorney?
